Basic Foods/HVP Recall information

To whom it may concern,

Sethness Products Co. manufactures Caramel Colors and Caramelized sugar syrups.  These products do not use HVP (hydrolyzed vegetable protein).  HVP is not allowed in the Sethness plant.  Sethness products are routinely analyzed for micro contamination including salmonella.  We have never had a positive result.  If  you have any questions or concerns, please contact me or your Sethness salesperson.    Please visit our Certifications page on this website if you need a signed statement on Sethness letterhead.
